You must not share your account access with any third party. jlace2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
KYC Verification: jlace2 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the platform.
jlace2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits are generally credited to your jlace2 account instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. jlace2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests on jlace2 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. jlace2 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under Philippine law. jlace2 does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified professional if you are uncertain of your obligations.
jlace2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jlace2 platform without prior written consent from jlace2.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlace2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlace2 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jlace2's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlace2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlace2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
jlace2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the jlace2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlace2 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlace2 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
jlace2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlace2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the jlace2 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlace2 platform shall first be submitted to jlace2's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlace2 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
jlace2 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
